In the Wild and Chaotic Australian Bush, I find peace and order as the bush reflects back to me its acceptance of the apparent disorder, all with the purpose of allowing the cycles of life to unfold gracefully.
Technique: while first glance the eye is excited at the chaotic cacophony of colours but soon as the eye settles to rest at depth on the painting, patterns begin to immerge bringing a calming soothing meditation to the viewer and a reluctance to leave the gaze of the painting.
The underpainting reveals an order depicting sapling trees in the bush which is partially broken and covered with layers of thicker paint that have a repetitive pattern
