She sits in stillness,
the holy mountain mother,
while I act
whirling around in thought and doing,
moving around the mountain,
like the rim of a revolving door,
moving around the motionless centre.
She knows my pain,
offering me compassion, peace and joy,
on my flashing mirror mind.
